 Is the God of Mormonism different than the God of the Bible?
When speaking to Mormons today, there is an excellent resource that focuses on one of the most important questions. While Christians appreciate the Mormon's sincerity, the fact remains that Christians cannot accept Mormonism as biblical simply because it can be easily demonstrated that the god of Mormonism is very different from the God of the Bible. If the god of the Mormons is truly different, then the entire house of Mormon cards comes crashing down. There is really no need to discuss any other features of Mormonism. It stops the argument at the front door and helps mormons to see through their pleasant culture and fully examine the foundation upon which their beliefs rest.
The following website presents an excellent case for the difference. One would simply make a statement about how the two g(G)ods are different and then give the web site to be examined as proof. The Mormon would then have to deal with the conflict and present a rebuttal for which there is none. All the information presented on the site is documented and well referenced. |
